RISC ISA chips are becoming feasible on the heels of fast and nimble ARM ISA chips designed by the likes of Apple (M Series chips) and Microsoft (Project Volterra, Surface). This posts recommended niche skills: Cobol and Clojure. Mainstream: Python, Java, and Swift.
